INSANE Chinese Street Food in Canton, China | BEST Street Food in China + RARE Chinese Sashimi!

Chinese Street Food is some of the best in the world, and we traveled to Shunde, China, to taste some of the most INSANE street food in China! I (Trevor James, The Food Ranger) am taking you on a huge Chinese street food tour of Shunde, China!

First, we traveled from Guangzhou, China, to Shunde, in Guangdong procince, also known as Canton, specifically to eat amazing cantonese food, and found a ton of amazing Chinese street food to try, like Chinese sashimi, roast goose, and charsui bbq pork! We even ate a snake!

First, we started by tasting the world famous cantonese roast goose, baked in a charcoal oven and covered in amazing goose drippings sauce, an amazing Chinese street food you must try!

Then, we went to try another famous Chinese street food, the Shuangpinai double skinned milk, served to you in the alleyways and street markets of Guangdong. It was sweet, and almost like an egg pudding.

Then we went to have another specialty Chinese street food, the guilinggao bitter jelly pudding, and a douhua silken tofu dish, on our way to a huge Chinese feast.

For our final meal, we visited a famous Shunde restaurant and got into the back kitchen to see the chefs preparing their world famous cantonese recipes. We ordered some extreme Chinese street food dishes, like Chinese sashimi, a grass carp which was cut open and served to us within minutes, a steamed snake and snake eggs, fried cicadas, and a lot more, so make sure to watch the whole video to discover along with us a ton of amazing Chinese street foods!

Japanese Street Food in Tokyo, Japan is INSANELY delicious! We traveled here to eat, and tried a ton of Japanese Street Food, like Wagyu Beef Steak BBQ, delicious raw Japanese seafood like Oysters, and more!

Today, I'm (The Food Ranger, Trevor James) taking you to some local street foods in Tokyo, Japan, starting out with some super delicious Yakitori and horse offal stew.

First, we are trying out some Japanese BBQ Yakitori skewers for lunch at a local market, the Ameya Yokocho. Here, you can find all sorts of delicious Japanese street food and seafood! From Sushi to fresh seafood, it's all here!

After this, we found a nice local seafood stall, where you can order raw scallops on the spot! They were super juicy and plump!

After the amazing raw Japanese oysters on the street, we went for a super unique Unagi entire eel bowl over rice, found at Unatoto Eel Restaurant.

After this we went for a nice bowl of beef ramen in Tokyo, it was super rich and smooth!

After this, we went for a classic Japanese food, the Wagyu beef BBQ Yakuniku! It was the best beef I've ever eaten! Found at Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara.

Even after eating all of these amazing street foods in Tokyo, there is so many more things to eat! You will definitely have to travel here to try them all!

ఇదే ఆలయంలో దాదాపు మూడు అడుగుల పొడవైన మానవుడి పాద ముద్ర ఉంది. ఇంతటి బ`హత్ పాద ముద్రను ఎవరు చెక్కారన్నది ఇప్పటికీ నిగూడ రహస్యం. స్థానిక కథనం ప్రకారం ఇది హనుమంతుని పాదముద్రగా భావించినా ఎటువంటి నీటి ఎద్దడి సమయంలోనేనైనా సదరు పాదం నుంచి ఊరే నీరు ఎక్కడి నుంచి వస్తోందన్నది తెలుసుకోలేక పోతున్నారు.

4. వేసవిలోనైనా, వర్షాకాలంలోనైనా ఒకటే నీటి మట్టం...

యాగంటిలోని నందీశ్వర ఉన్న అగస్త పుష్కరిణిలోకి ఓ నంది విగ్రహం నుంచి నీరు వస్తుంది. ఈ విగ్రహంలోని నీరు ఎక్కడి నుంచి వస్తోందన్నది మొదటి ప్రశ్న. అదే విధంగా అటు వేసవి, ఇటు వర్షకాలం ఏ సమయంలోనైనా పుష్కరిణిలో ఒకే మట్టంలో నీరు ఉంటుంది. ఇది ఎలా సాధ్యమన్న విషయాన్ని ఇప్పటికీ ఎవరూ చెప్పలేరు.

5. ఆ గోపురం నీడ ఎందుకు పడదు...

తమిళనాడులోని తంజావూరులో ఉన్నబృహదీశ్వర ఆలయం గురించి అందరికీ తెలిసిందే. ఇక్కడ ఉన్న ప్రధాన ఆలయం గోపురం నీడ భూమి పై పడదు. ఈ దేవాలయానికి చెందిన మరికొన్ని రహస్యాలు కూడా ఉన్నాయి. ఈ దేవాలయం నిర్మించి వెయ్యి ఏళ్లు దాటినా ఇప్పటికీ చెక్కు చెదరలేదు. దీనిలో ఉన్న మర్మం ఇప్పటికీ తెలియదు. 80 టన్నుల ఏక శిలతో తయారు చేయబడిన వీమాన గోపురాన్ని 216 అడుగుల ఎత్తులో ఎలా ఉంచారన్నది ఇప్పటికీ సమాధానం లేని ప్రశ్న.

6.నదీ తీరం ఒడ్డున ఎడారి...

కర్ణాటకలో కావేరి నదీ తీరం ఒడ్డున తలకాడు అనే పట్టణం ఉంది. ఈ పట్టణం మొత్తం ఎడారిని తలపిస్తోంది. ఎక్కడ చూసిన ఇసుక దిబ్బలు ఉంటాయి. ఇక ప్రతి ఏడాది ఇసుక పరిమాణం పెరుగుతూ ఉటుంది. ఇది ఎలా సాధ్యమన్న విషయానికి సరైన ఆధారాలు ఇప్పటికీ లేదు. ఓ కథనం ప్రకారం ఓ రాణి శాపం వల్ల తలకాడు ఇలా అయి పోయిందని చెబుతున్నా పరిశోధకులు, శాస్త్రవేత్తలు దీన్ని నమ్మడం లేదు.

7. ఆ కిరణాలు సరిగ్గా అదే రోజు ఎలా తాకుతున్నాయి...

ఐటీ రాజధానిగా పేరొందిన బెంగళూరులోని గవి గంగాధరేశ్వరస్వామి దేవాలయం ఒక గుహాలయం. ఇక్కడ ప్రతి ఏడాది శంకరాత్రి రోజున దాదాపు ఒక గంటపాటు సూర్య కిరణాలు నంది విగ్రహానికి ఉన్న కొమ్ముల గుండా ప్రసారం అయ్యి లింగాన్ని తాకుతాయి. క్రమం తప్పకుండా ప్రతి ఏడు జరిగే ఈ అద్భుతాన్ని చూడటానికి చాలా మంది దేవాలయానికి వస్తారు. అయితే ఇలా ఎందుకు జరుగుతుంది. ఈ గుహాలయం నిర్మాణంలో వాడిన రహస్యం ఇప్పటికీ నిగూడ రహస్యం.

8.అంతులేని సంపద

కేరళలోని అనంత పద్మనాభ స్మామి టెంపుల్. ఇక్కడ దాదాపు దాదాపు 22 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు విలువ చేసే సంపద ఉన్నట్లు ఐదు నేల మాగళిలను తెరవగా తెలిసింది. మరో మూడింటిని తెరవడానికి ఇప్పటికీ ఎవరూ సాహసం చేయడం లేదు. అంతకంటే ముఖ్యమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే ఒక నేల మాగళికకు నాగబంధంతో ద్వారాన్ని మూసి వేశారు. పక్కనే ఉన్న ఓ శ్లోకాన్ని చదివితే ఈ నాగబంధం తనంతకు తానే తెరుచుకుంటుందని కొంతమంది చెబుతున్నారు.

9. నాగబంధనం విడిపించే శ్లోకం చదవగలరా

అయితే సదరు శ్లోకం చదవడం తెలిసిన వారు మాత్రం ఇప్పటికీ ఎవరూ లేరు. ఒక ద్వారాన్ని ధ్వని తరంగాల ద్వరా మూయడం, తెరవడం అప్పటికే మన వాళ్లు కనిపెట్టారని దీని వల్ల అర్థమవుతోంది కదా. ఇక ఈ నాగమాగళిలో ఏముందన్న విషయం ఇప్పటి వరకూ ఎవరూ చెప్పడం లేదు.

10. కైలాసనాథ టెంపుల్

మహారాష్ర్టలోని ఎల్లోర గుహల్లో ఉన్న కైలసానాథ టెంపుల్ ఏక శిల నిర్మితమైనవి. దీనిని ఎవరు, ఎప్పుడు నిర్మించారన్న విషయం పై ఇప్పటికీ సరైన ఆధారాలు లేవు. ఇందులో కొన్ని శిల్పాలు రాకెట్, గ్రహాంతర వాసులను కూడా పోలి ఉన్నాయి. వాటిని ఆవిధంగా ఎందుకు చెక్కారు, ఒకవేళ అప్పటి వారికి గ్రహాంతర వాసుల గురించి ముందే తెలుసా తదితర విషయాలన్నీ జవాబులు లేని ప్రశ్నలే

వేదాలను వెక్కిరించే వెధవలకు కలనైనా ఊహకందని నిజాలు :

వేదాలను శృతి అని అంటారు. అంటే విని మరల మననం చేసి శిష్యులకు సాంప్రదాయంగా నేర్పుతారు. ఒక వేదమంత్రానికి వర్ణం, స్వరం, మాత్ర(ఎంతసేపు పలకాలో), బలం(ఎక్కడ ఒత్తి పెట్టి పలకాలో), సమం(ఏక పద్ధతి) మరియు సంతాన (ఎక్కడ విరవాలో, ఎక్కడ పోడిగించాలో) అనే 6 ముఖ్య ప్రామాణిక సూత్రాలకు లోబడి వుంటుంది. వీటిలో ఏది మారినా ఆ మంత్రానికి మొత్తం అర్ధం మారిపోతుంది. వాటి వలన అనుకున్న దానికి వ్యతిరిక్త ఫలితాలు రావచ్చును. ఈ వేదం మంత్రరాశిని కాపాడుకోవడానికి ఎన్నో పద్ధతులను మన ఋషులు వాడారు” వాక్య, పద, క్రమ, జట, మాల, శిఖా, రేఖా, ధ్వజ, దండ, రథ, ఘన” పద్ధతులలో నేర్చుకునేవారు. ఇవన్నీ అత్యంత గుహ్యమైన గొప్ప ఎర్రర్ కర్రెక్టింగ్ కోడ్స్.

వాక్య పాఠం: దీనినే సంహిత పాఠం అని కూడా అంటారు. అంటే ఒకే క్రమంతో ఉచ్చారణ, స్వరం, మాత్రలను జాగ్రత్తగా మంత్రాన్ని పఠించడం. A-B-C-D-E పద్ధతిలో చెప్పే ఈ విధానం plain data transfer లాంటిది.

పద పాఠం: దీనిలో పదాలుగా విభజించి పదాలు పదాలు గా గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవడం. దీనివల్ల తప్పు జరగడం తక్కువ అవుతుంది. ఒకొక్క పదాన్ని ఒకొక్క సెట్ గా ఉంచుకుని వాక్య, పద పాఠాలు కలిపి చదువుకుంటే తప్పులుంటే తప్పక తెలిసిపోతాయి. SECDED అనే పద్ధతి నేటి ఎర్రర్ కరెక్షన్ లో అతి సాధారణంగా మనం చూస్తూ వుంటాం. ఇది అదే పద్ధతి. ఉదాహరణకు ఒకరి ఫోన్ నెంబర్ గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవాలంటే మొత్తం పది digits గుర్తుపెట్టుకోవడం వాక్యపాఠం పద్ధతి. దాన్నే రెండు రెండు digits గా గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవడం వల్ల తప్పు జరిగే అవకాశం తక్కువ. లేదా మూడు మూడు digits గుర్తు పెట్టుకుంటే తప్పు జరిగే అవకాశం మరింత తక్కువ.

ఈ పై రెండు పద్ధతులు ప్రాకృతిక పద్ధతులు. వాటి natural order లో చదువుతాము.
అలా కాక natural order ని చేదించి artificial order లో వెళ్తే ఎర్రర్ కరెక్షన్ కి మరింత అవకాశం వుంటుంది. వీటిలో మూడు ముఖ్యమైన పద్ధతులను చూడండి.

క్రమ పాఠం : A,B; B,C; C,D; D,E – ఇది ఒక పాయింటర్ పద్ధతి ప్రకారం చైన్ కనెక్షన్ లా మొత్తం encrypt + single redundancy మెథడ్. నేటి కాలంలో మనం విరివిగా చూస్తున్న చైన్ బేస్డ్ మెమరీ టెక్నిక్ ఇదే. చూడండి నేడు కొంతమందికి వండర్ మెమరీ అని పేరు చెప్పి ఎంత పెద్ద సీక్వెన్స్ అయినా గుర్తు పెట్టుకునేలా నేర్పుతున్నారు. మధ్యనుండి అడిగినా మరల మొత్తం సీక్వెన్స్ reconstruct చెయ్యవచ్చు. A  B  C D E …చూసారా ఇంజనీరింగ్ చదివిన వారు ఐతే యిట్టే పట్టేస్తారు పాయింటర్ లాజిక్. ఇది మనం నేడు చదువుకుంటున్నాం. కానీ ఈ పద్ధతి మనం వాడుకలో ఎప్పటి నుండి వాడుతున్నామో చూడండి.

జట పాఠం: A –B – B – A – A – B; B –C – C- B – B –C; C – D – D- C- C – D; (A-B) ఒక సెట్ అయితే దాని మిర్రర్ ఇమేజ్ (B – A ) మరల (A – B ). దీన్ని redundancy, అలాగే క్రిప్టోగ్రఫీ కలగలిపిన పద్ధతి. ఇప్పుడు ఈ రకంగా డేటా పంపితే దీనినుండి మూలకమైన (A, B) ఏ రకంగాను డేటా లాస్ కి లోను కాక మొత్తం decrypt చెయ్యగలం. నేటి redundant codes, ఎన్క్రిప్షన్ methods మన జటపాఠం లో ఎలా నిబిడీకృతమై ఉన్నదో ఒకసారి చూడండి.

ఘనపాఠం: A – B – B-A – A-B-C - C-B-A- A-B-C; B-C- C-B- B-C-D – D-C-B – B-C-D; ఇదొక అడ్వాన్స్డ్ పద్ధతి. ఈ పద్ధతి ద్వారా డేటా మరింత బలంగా ఎన్క్రిప్షన్ జరుగుతుంది. అలాగే ఇటువంటి పద్ధతిలో డేటా లాస్ అనేది చాలా చాలా తక్కువ.
ఋగ్వేదం మొత్తం ఘనంలా పఠించాలంటే ఏకంగా 450 గంటలు పడుతుందిట. అంత వారు నేర్చుకుని అలా పఠించగలిగే సాధన వారికి కనీసం 25 సంవత్సరాల అభ్యాసం మీద వస్తుంది. ఇటువంటి ఘనమైన చరిత్ర, పద్ధతి మనది. తలచుకుంటేనే మన ఒళ్ళు గుగుర్పాటుకు గురవ్వక మానదు. ఇటువంటి గొప్ప పద్ధతులు పేటెంట్ అయి లేవు. వేదం జ్ఞానం అందరికీ అందాలని చెప్పింది తప్ప IP లా దాచుకోమని ఎన్నడూ బోధించలేదు..

ఇప్పుడు ప్రపంచమంతా భారతీయ అంతరిక్ష పరిశోధనా సంస్థ #ఇస్రో గురించే మాట్లాడుకుంటోంది. వందకు మించిన ఉపగ్రహాలను అంతరిక్షంలోకి పంపి, సాటిదేశాలనే మించిపోయిందని పొగుడుతోంది. కానీ విజ్ఞానరంగంలో భారతీయుల ఘనత ఈనాటిది కాదు! ఒకప్పటి మన పూర్వీకులు చూపించిన మార్గాన్నే ఇప్పుడు ఇస్రో అనుసరిస్తోంది. అందుకు గౌరవసూచకంగా తను ప్రయోగించిన తొలి ఉపగ్రహానికి ఆర్యభట అన్న పేరు పెట్టింది.

1500 ఏళ్లకు పూర్వమే ఈ పరిజ్ఞానం ఉండేది
భావిస్తున్నారు. ప్రపంచంలోనే జ్ఞానానికి కేంద్రంగా ఉన్న నలంద విశ్వవిద్యాలయానికి ఆర్యభట నాయకత్వం వహించి ఉంటాడని కూడా ఓ అంచనా! అటు లెక్కల్లోనూ, ఇటు ఖగోళ శాస్త్రంలోనూ ఆర్యభట నిరూపించిన విషయాలు అసమాన్యమైనవి. మూఢనమ్మకాలు రాజ్యమేలే ఆ కాలంలో ప్రతిదానికీ ఓ కారణాన్ని వివరించి చూపిన ఆయన తెగువ అసాధారణం.

ప్రపంచంలో ప్రసిద్ధ గణితశాస్త్రవేత్తలు ఎవరంటే ఆర్కిమెడిస్ అనో పైథాగరస్ అనో రకరకాల పేర్లు చెబుతూ ఉంటాము. కానీ ఆర్యభట అన్న పేరుని గర్వంగా చెప్పుకొనేందుకు భారతీయులు కూడా జంకుతారు. నిజానికి గణితశాస్త్రంలో అనేక సిద్ధాంతాలకు ఆద్యుడు ఆర్యభటుడే! ఆయన 23 ఏళ్ల వయసులోనే రాసిన ఆర్యభట్టీయం అనే గ్రంథంలో గణితానికి చెందిన సిద్ధాంతాలెన్నో పొందుపరచబడ్డాయి. ఆల్జీబ్రా, జామెట్రీ, ట్రిగ్నామెట్రీ వంటి విభాగాలకు సంబంధించిన మౌలికమైన భావనలు ఆర్యభట్టీయంలో కనిపిస్తాయి. ట్రిగ్నామెట్రీలో కీలకమైన సైన్, కోసైన్ విలువలను సైతం ఆర్యభటుడే రూపొందించాడని చెబుతారు. ఇక π (పై) మీద కూడా ఆర్యభట అనేక పరిశీలనలు చేశాడు. πని ఒక నిష్పత్తి రూపంలో (ratio) రాయడం సాధ్యం కాదని తేల్చిన మొదటి వ్యక్తి ఆయనే! ఇక భారతీయులంతా గర్వించే #సున్నాకి (0) ఆద్యుడు కూడా ఆర్యభటుడే అంటారు. సున్నా గురించి ఆర్యభటకి ఉన్న ఆలోచనలని, ఆయన శిష్యుడైన భాస్కరుడు విస్తృత ప్రచారంలోకి తీసుకువచ్చాడ

గణితంలోనే కాదు, ఖగోళశాస్త్రంలో కూడా ఆర్యభట అద్వితీయమైన ప్రతిభను చూపారు. భూమధ్యరేఖ (equator) అనే భావనని ప్రతిపాదించిన తొలి భారతీయుడు ఆర్యభటుడే అని కొందరి నమ్మకం. గ్రహాలు వృత్తాకారంలో కాకుండా దీర్ఘవృత్తాకారంలో (elliptical) తిరుగుతున్నాయని కూడా ఆయన ప్రతిపాదించారు. ఇక అప్పటివరకూ భూమి చుట్టూ ఆకాశం తిరుగుతోందనే భావనకు విరుద్ధంగా, భూమి తన చుట్టూ తాను తిరగడం వల్లే నక్షత్రాలు కదులుతున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తున్నాయని చెప్పినవాడూ ఆయనే.

ఈ విషయం పాశ్చాత్యులు గ్రహించడానికి మరో వేయి సంవత్సరాలు పట్టింది. భూమి తన చుట్టూ తాను తిరుగుతోందని చెప్పడమే కాదు... ఆ సమయాన్ని ఖచ్చితంగా గుణించాడు కూడా. 23 గంటల, 56 నిమిషాల నాలుగు సెకన్లుగా పేర్కొన్న ఈ సమయం ఇప్పటి లెక్కలకు సరిగ్గా సరిపోతోంది. అంతేకాదు! అప్పటివరకూ ఓ రహస్యంగా ఉన్న సూర్య, చంద్ర గ్రహణాల వెనుక కారణాన్ని కూడా ఛేదించారు. గ్రహాల కదలికల వల్లే గ్రహణాలు ఏర్పడుతున్నాయే కానీ, రహుకేతువుల వల్ల కాదని తేల్చిచెప్పారు.

ఎప్పుడో ఐదో శతాబ్దంలో ఆర్యభట పేర్కొన్న సిద్ధాంతాలనే తరువాత కాలంలో ఆరబ్బులు ప్రచారంలోకి తీసుకువచ్చారు. అల్ క్వారిజ్మీ, అల్ బెరూనీ వంటి అరబ్బు శాస్త్రవేత్తల ద్వారా ఇవి ప్రపంచంలోకి దూసుకుపోయాయి. ఈ సిద్ధాంతాలన్నింటినీ నెత్తికెత్తుకున్న ప్రపంచం, వాటి వెనుక ఉన్న భారతీయులను మాత్రం విస్మరించింది. అయితేనేం! ఇప్పుడు మన ప్రాచీనుల ఘనతని మరోసారి గగనతలంలోకి ఎగరవేసేందుకు ఇస్రో కంకణం కట్టుకున్నట్లే ఉంది
